[Intel AX1xx/AX2xx/AX4xx/AX16xx/BE2xx/BE17xx] Intel Modded Wi-Fi Driver with Intel® Killer™ Features

Upcoming New Advanced Wi-Fi setting on the next Intel Wi-Fi Driver Releases

Just wanted to share some progress and some screenshots on what is being cooking for the next driver releases whenever Intel releases new Wi-Fi update driver ;)
  • DPC driver tunings
  • GSO Max Offload Size tunings [Generic Segmentation Offload (GSO)]

Intel will never give you this kind of tuning & control and there's more to come. :) now I gotta work on adding those on every single Intel Wi-Fi models series :D
How should I set it then, or is the default the best in most cases?

How should I set it then, or is the default the best in most cases?
Those options will be coming soon on the next new driver update release :) by default are the ones that is being used on stock drivers. I just gave you control on tuning ;) you gotta test and compare when you are experimenting those different options.

The drivers that I will be providing it to you today are made for Intel AX2xx-AX16xx-BE2xx-BE17xx Wi-Fi module chip that is present to almost all OEM/Vendor laptops [Mostly on Intel based laptops].

Unfortunately Intel stock drivers differentiate between top of the line of Intel Wi-Fi chip and the cheaper/older ones... even though they have the exact same hardware specifications yet.. they lock features & performance improvements related to the driver functions to only top tier/top of the line of Intel Wi-Fi chip and neglect older Intel Wi-Fi chip with old drivers & un-optimized functions being used. I guess Intel does that to force users to buy there expensive top tier/top of the line of Intel Wi-Fi chip.

This modded driver supports Intel AX2xx-AX16xx-BE2xx-BE17xx Wi-Fi.. doesn't matter if from Acer, Asus, Lenovo, MSI, HP, Desktop, NUC, etc.. and others... as long as they are Intel AX2xx-AX16xx-BE2xx-BE17xx Wi-Fi model.. it is completely fine. Now you can save $$$ and enjoy Intel® Killer™ Features along with optimizations that comes with it! :rockout:

Currently it supports all those models:-
  • Intel AX101
  • Intel AX203
  • Intel AX211
  • Intel AX210
  • Intel AX411
  • Intel AX1675
  • Intel BE200
  • Intel BE202
  • Intel BE1750
  • Intel AX200
  • Intel AX201
  • Intel AX1650

My question is, has anyone found a way to make the 1750 i/s or 1750 a/x work on a amd chipset, my specific processor is a AMD Ryzen 7 5800H paired with a 130W RTX3070. If not do you know of any alternative WiFi 7 m.2 cards that would be compatible with my laptop? Thank you for your time.

Intel made major changes and UI polishing overall, it looks great! It's BETA until there's no more issues due to Intel new overall structure driver design :)

Changelog:-
  • Made additional changes to accommodate new Intel structure driver changes
  • Applied Fixes that won't allow the Killer services to start correctly
  • Updated to latest Intel Killer release update 40.25.509.146
  • New update of the App will be downloaded automatically through Microsoft Store or Manually check for updates there.
Notice:- "Automatic Overclocking" Tab only works for Intel Core Ultra Series CPUs and above. Older CPUs isn't supported... use Intel XTU or ThrottleStop instead.

Here's some screenshots & pictures confirms the latest version release being used

Here's the download link and a mirror from mediafire as well:-

hi, first of all wanna say thank you for this work! Came across this thread from reddit.

I tried installing the latest modded driver for my AX201 chip and it came back with Error 39. Attached screenshots for reference. Not too sure if I did anything wrong.

Let me give feedback to friends who will use the beta version. There is high RAM usage in the application. Sometimes it is around 12 GB and sometimes it is around 5 GB.

Expect anything or any kind of bugs especially when Intel made major changes, let's hope Intel fixes that but until then the [BETA] tag name will always be there until all sorts of annoying issues is resolved :)
I think the next new Intel update will kinda resolve this... hopefully

hi! Just tested it, unfortunately still giving me the same error 39. Is there anything else I can provide from my side to help with this? Thanks!

Can ax211 install this repaired version?
I am using this one. You can continue using the last one. There is no problem for us.

Including What is Upcoming Above...

I will also be adding this option that Intel removed it long time :) I will bring it back since Intel refused community request for that option to be brought back :)

again... I'm working on adding it to all models, once Intel releases new update officially, new modded driver update will be released soon after that so all those extra options will be available to you to tune ;)

I will work on it , no, there is no need to do anything :) thank you for your reports and help providing info. I will be working on it as soon I get free time and will come back to you with another new fixed driver.

In order to help you, I need to provide any logs etc. I have an ax211 on my laptop too.

Which windows version do you recommend 24h2 or 23h2?

@THEBOSS619

Thank you :respect:, I personally own AX211 too as well, so no need as I have physical access to it ;)

@THEBOSS619

doesn't matter much but I personally use Win11 24H2 Insider Beta Channel. I use it to tackle any bugs I see so that whenever Microsoft releases a Windows Update to Win11 24H2 Stable Release, everything is fixed and all goes smoothly :)

Wow it looks much better, can that automatic overclock thing be removed or its part of the software now?

@THEBOSS619 40.25.605.0 We would be glad if you could update the driver version.
Link is dead, can you re-share it again? :)

yea, unfortunately it is part of the software, I can remove the files related to it but the UI will stay there :D so... I guess I will keep it for future users who have Intel Ultra Core series CPU :)

link It was seen as a sharing link just to indicate the version, in fact it is the link of the appx file that I sent.
oh yea, it's just the appx indeed. It's a new one so I expect Intel to release a new version on MS Store or a whole new package with a new Killer driver as well :) time will tell ;)

Edit:- yea I think a new Killer app driver will come out soon, I checked what's inside the appx ;)

We can now use the updated version of the application, it is more stable :D

thanks! :) and killer on the main post is stable but the one on beta is still beta, I believe Intel will release another update soon hopefully :) once that is released, I will update the main post with stable killer app after testing it ;)

regarding your settings , yes that's the default optimal value, when you want to tune it, as a starting point I would start using GSO=64kb , DPC=short timeout , Global BG scan blocking = On Good RSSI and check for stability and tests. Every settings have a different behavior and patterns, I just gave you the ability to access them and control them ;)

Go wild... worst case scenario is "No Internet connection :D " and you can simply revert back any settings to default :)

Hello, my boss THEBOSS619 :toast:
This driver is also working without any problems:rockout:
In the past, after uninstalling a problematic driver and installing the new driver, killertool sometimes did not work properly.
However, this time it is working without any problems at all:peace:
I was so happy that I did a fist pump in front of my PC:peace:
I am happy to report that it is working without any problems on AX201, AX203 and AX210:)
