Hi everyone just needed abit of help in flashing the latest bios for the Toshiba Satellite C650-1CP as it seems to be impossible to find the window flash software for the laptop. But found the bin file as it 1.70 while the current version is 1.20 on the bios screen.

Does anyone have the window flash software available so I be able to update the bios.

As I want to to give this laptop to my sister to use for internet only with a possibility of upgrading the CPU and SSD for performance.

Any tips or advices is welcome

Likely you need "Insyde" flash utilities for flashing: https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/guide-howto-unlock-flash-an-insyde-h2o-uefi-bios/33324

Found even a newer bios which is an executable:
I don't know would it matter if it updated to the 2.10 or just the regular 1.70 as it not the pro version of satellite as well the bios is not uefi me

I know the the model number it PSC08E that is not listed above.
I looked everywhere online including the support websites for Toshiba it appears that the bios and drivers no longer exist for the model in question on their support site. But did find a few sites claiming they have the bios but no avail and some requesting to be signed up in order to get the bios to be downloaded and weirdly enough some sites when clicking on the download it redirect to Toshiba support that is non-existence

Well I might well have an idea about using the 341a bios flasher which I do have including the software so all is not lost so yeah just have to find the bios chip on the board
