Specifically, please read the foreign gods/viewers who read this post and slowly read my description, and can give opinions and experience sharing. Maybe you don't know how to solve it, but it's great that you can share this post with people who think it might be solved, thank you to each and every one of you.

1。 The radiator/cold head/joint of the split water I use is all copper or copper, the brand is the Chinese brand BYKSKI, which avoids the copper-aluminum reaction, the cold night is industrial RO pure water, and the water pipe is a transparent PVC hose... However, after only 1 to 2 weeks of new installation, the transparent and clear water pipes and water quality will become white, and white fine particles will adhere to the entire wall of the PVC pipe, and even settle to the bottom of the tank.

2。 Later, I asked many people online what the cause was and how to solve it to avoid it. They said that there is flux residue in the radiator, and before installing the split water, the radiator should be cleaned with citric acid or copper washing water. At the same time, I have also seen individual players whose split water quality is very good, and the water quality can be as clear as new for 2-3 years, and he said that he washed it many times with copper washing water and 100° boiling water.

3。 Later, I dismantled the split water cooling equipment with whitish water quality, and repeatedly cycled the cold drain with citric acid, and even added a PP filter cotton water purifier, but it still didn't work. Later, I bought copper washing water (it will corrode copper, it must be quickly poured into a short soak and poured out quickly), but it still doesn't work, although the original water quality is white, although it is not white, but a lot of brass rust runs out of the cold drain to block and pollute the waterway, causing my original new flow rate of 3L/min to drop to 0.9L/min in three months.

4。 My analysis: I think it is more due to the poor quality of the radiator, for example, the radiator I purchased did not clean the flux and other contaminants before leaving the factory, or the copper material of the radiator was of a lower grade. Or maybe it's my own cleaning reasons, not using the correct and effective cleaning method.

5. Now. I hope to get the help/experience sharing of the predecessors of the foreign gods, thank you very much.

The tubing is not plasticizer free tubing. So it discolored. That is all.

@

I don't know, it's PVC anyway. Recently, I am planning to try to change the silicone tube
If you order new tubing, make sure it says plasticizer free and you should have no more problems. Luckily, tubing is pretty cheap. I would replace it all.

Yes, we see English. Your grammar is spectacular. Thank you.

如果您订购新管,请确保它显示不含增塑剂,您应该不会再有问题。幸运的是,油管相当便宜。我会把它全部换掉。

是的,我们看到的是英语。你的语法很精彩。谢谢。还行

Tubing aside, which is for sure a sign of contamination in the water, but even the elbows and fittings that connect to the radiator have rust in them. Are you using distilled water? Mixed metals? You could try soaking/submerge the radiator in Evapo-Rust Thermocure or distilled water and vinegar. Personally I would probably throw away the radiator ( and all tubing) and purchase a new one. Make sure you aren't mixing metals and also use distilled and purified water. What does the interior of the CPU block look like? To hard to see with the lights on, but that will probably need to be inspected as well.

IF you are running mixed metals in there and then use any sort of acid to try and fix, it will make it WORSE not better.

Apart from just throwing chemicals at the problem, if not done at all I suggest to look for a flush fitting that will let you connect to your shower hose. Connect your radiators and tubing then let it run for 1 to 2 hours on the hottest setting. (Outside of the pc)

Once done flush with distilled water and then put a mix of distilled and vinegar in the radiator then shake each radiator like a beast for the next 15 to 20 minutes. Then flush with distilled water again.

Once done run your loop with only distilled water for a few days or more if you see discoloration then flush flush flush and flush some more until its clear then run it in distilled water again for a few days to see if it still becomes discolored then flush again it will take a few times but this is how I cleared up my tubing with plasticizer and flux. Then I put my expensive coolant in afterwards.

IMO, use colored tubing, hides the white film that develops. or go hardtubing, and use the awesome led fittings that light up the hardtubing…

or use the barrow black (edpm like) tubing… barrow RGBS - B…
or
Barrow ID 9.5mm+ OD 12.7mm (3/8'-1/2') Soft Tube … won’t solve the problem but will hide it…

btw, always use watercooling additive, distilled water is not for watercooling… algae is the enemy…
i use corsair, but barrow sells a watercooling additive,
either barrow SLYS-V3, the 1.4 litre premix (great idea but the shipping is too much, use a local source, that’s why i use corsair in canada)
or barrow SLYLD-C the 40ml premix… (i bought the orange color)

unless they have a hot water tank the size of a silo hot water is going to run out way faster than that lol

Good idea, I'll give it a try. Thank you

We have a gas water heater here and hot water will be available all the time. You should be referring to electric water heaters. Thank you for your response

Excuse me, in this post of mine, do you see it in Chinese or English?
both

as for your issue, i am thinking that only some parts of the radiator are actually copper, and RO water is not distilled water, it still has salts in it, depends on how hard your original water is and how long the filter was last changed. So that would add to the corrosion as well.

any reason for not using AIO cooling, those are pretty hassle free and cheap now.

Thank you, I seem to have found the answer to my question. When I have free time, I will try the installation test again
