XPG Lancer NEON RGB DDR5-8000 32 GB CL38

So why should people buy this?

People who like high bandwidth and a light show?
Is 8000 worth it even at CL38?
I don't understand DDR5 well, worry.

It can be worth it yes. I would ask this question in a new thread and get other peoples opinions. It ultimately comes down to the platform your on, if you are going to make any adjustments (sub-timings) or want a play n play experience.

@mahanddeem ah okay. Besides voltage always being wrong, having the stock sub-timings is nice to see at a glance. It get where your coming from. I use to include them. Never readded after switching CPUs and motherboards.

To me it only helpful after a overclock and seeing what was changed.

It never hurts to include a ZenTimings screenshot. Even if some info related to voltages being inaccurate. It also shows how the particular system you're using in the review train other memory parameters not available in the EXPO/XMP profile. Plus it helps users who want a baseline for overclocking their kits or trying to match their kits to the review kit.
Most European reviewers include it as part of their review process.

38 ticks at 8000MT/s is shorter than 30 ticks at 6000MT/s, that's 9,5 vs 10ns. Though that's not really what matters, the higher frequency XMP will benefit performance a lot on RPL or ARL-based systems.
