IO is quite lack luster, there are better options available or coming soon in compact mATX space.

Agreed. Other than Jonsbo and a few other cheapo cases no one goes with the single type C and Single type A combo. Every motherboard made for the last 10+ years has a dual type USB 3.0 (5 GB) so having a single type A port is just plain dumb. Dual type A 3.0 ports and a type C 3.2 (10 GB) ports should be the minimum. I'd be even happier if the case and MB manufacturers would get together and start making the minimum front panel ports as 2 type A 3.2.2 ports and a 3.2.2 x2 (20 GB) type C. This cheaping out takes the case completely out of consideration AFAIC.

I would tend to agree with what other people said except for the price point - that's insane....don't think it's valid to criticize the parts/components on the io if it comes in that cheap

What a great small case Phanteks has made with the XT M3! And the price point is simply amazing for that Phanteks quality! You get some amazing features like the preinstalled 3x 120 mm M25 fans and dedicated 360 mm radiator space at the top. It even has back connect motherboard support!

I love to see more of these MATX style cases. I love pushing the boundaries of attempting to watercool in these SFF systems because they are so much fun to try and shove a bunch of hardware into such a tiny space and keep everything cool. Very well done on this case for Phanteks. This looks like it will be a case on my list! :rockout:

Please, do tell. Preferably one with a mesh side panel rather than tempered glass. My only issue with the CH260 (outside of Deepcool's political issues).

I expected it to be wider, which in my case would be a bad thing, but they managed to fit at 235mm width which is actually pretty respectable.

Drive support is very nice too, 1x3.5" and 2x2.5". Price is a banger, looks like a pretty good matx case. I am waiting my Zalman P30 Air, I wouldn't say I feel buyer's remorse, but Phanteks has an excellent proposition here.

Jonsbo has D32 series with mesh panel and if you dont mind spending a little bit more then there is Asus AP201.

What are the upcoming cases you mentioned? I narrowed down a list I had, which the D32 and the AP201 were on. My "issue" with this case is no top 140mm fan mounts and the glass panel

It was the Thermaltake TR series shown off at Computex, if the build quality is decent then it could be a good option for quite a lot of users looking for decent mATX case on budget.
For dual chamber choice CM has this one coming out soon:

Awesome, cheers for these. I'd recommend the Ncase M3, which is on the larger end of ITX cases.

But that would be more expensive and higher end side of things, Jonsbo D32, Deepcool CH260, CM elite 481and Thermaltake TR200 all are sub $100 cases and fall in same price category as this Phanteks offering.

True, although I think the non Grater versions aren't that much of a stretch above the $100 range.

mATX cases have always been interesting to me. I'd love to do a build in this compact case. Would certainly make a great case for an HTPC build!

For $70 this case seems like it fits right in with other mATX options while not breaking the bank. I could see this being a good entry model for builders.

Love that this mATX has enough space for a decent sized GPU. Some of the 5090's are quite large. Glad to see this type of consideration in this form factor.
