Is this Card Fake RX580

I bought this refurbished card a week ago Gigabyte RX580 but in just few days the card start to acting strange were on Idle the temp goes high as 49 - 52c just after windows started then mouse start to stutter. After awhile the whole PC hang. I can't even use the card coz this things keep happening. I even tried on other PC also same. Is this card fake or has other issues ? Kindly please help & thank you.

Could be overheating, and was possibly used as a mining card which can be pretty rough on these.

Can you take a photo of the top of the card (fan side) just above the PCI-E connector gigabyte cards typically haev the model etched there.

Presuming it's a legit card I'd be disassembling it to examine and redo thermal paste and possibly pads in an effort to save it.

Looks like a legit Gigabyte RX 580 card to me when I compare the PCB with pictures on the internet.
Like wolf stated before, repaste the card as an effort to save the card. If you have some kind of warranty, return the card!
