C'mon that's too much of a procedure for a University student. So far he's done it well and that's enough for him. Painting would mean he'll have to re-assemble the whole thing.

A decent rig, not excessive but not low end either.

I think painting the back would really be the only worthwhile thing to do. I don't have a clear side panel so nobody ever sees the inside.

Also, are your rams running on dual channel? I can see that you installed them on 2 different colors. run cpuz and check if dual channel is enabled on the memory tab (Channel # should display "dual")

It's dual channel I don't have to check. MSI just codes their motherboards oddly.
