Well unless you game above 1440 the 1660Ti is marginally faster, if it were me I would go with the 1660Ti if the price difference was not too great, really it's down to what you can or want to afford but there is little between the 2.

the 1070 is much cheaper here than the 1660Ti,
probably will be gaming at 1080 highest details
