    mine cost 6800. so i guess its a good deal. make sure its OK first. and if you can bring it down to 6K. basically all phenoms are good overclockers. in BE ones, you will have the ability to raise clock easily without any other harassment. mine isnt black ed so i have to keep in mind DRAM:FSB ratio.

    get what i have... an amd ohenom ii x4 945. its good to overclock too!! stock speed is 3.0GHz.... i got it till 3.765Ghz on AMDs stock copper cooler. oh and make sure you buy the c3 edition and some motherboard(prefferably ASUS) with DDR3 RAM. ddr2 ram is not very suitable for phenom ii x4. ddr2 will be the bottleneck.
