Which version of drivers are you running? Just seeing problems with Ryzen? What graphics device is installed?
Yes the only issue is with ryzen, Cpu Z and task manager show correct ram mhz. As for driver question, are you referring to bios I am new to computer stuff srry

I'd update BIOS version if you haven't already. Failing that, contact MSI technical support.
Vanguard doesn't deal with Ryzen unless it's the GPU side of the APUs.
