Occasionally I notice these drop outs, especially on 8pins' 12v lines, even during 3dmark tests. I don't notice any obvious drop in performance during these period.
I checked log file and noticed few "empty value" in these slots(not zero, just nothing recorded there).
Is my Gpu ok....?

My first assumption would be a 'glitch' in the sensor polling.

If I were *also* expereiencing stutters under load, I'd be re-seating the 8-pins.
I have had 8-pins become worn out or mis-seated and intermittently supply power under load.
-Here though, we're seeing it under Idle conditions.

Perhaps, the system is downclocking and a 'sensor poll' is occurring during clock/power state shift (getting 'skipped' in polling?)

If there is no noticeable stutter or drop in performance, then this is just the sensor detection routines acting up. Not a cause for concern, see what HWiNFO64 says. If HWiNFO isn't bugged, it's probably a small issue with GPU-Z.

This is a glitch in the sensor hardware/driver interface

Thank everyone. I logged 10minutes hwinfo64 and saw no such dropout. Probably false alarm

But I do experience random micro stutters (1-2 seconds freeze + sound loss or crack) in a game that I'm playing, Marvel Rivals. It's weird that it was completely fine last week.
completed few 3dmark stress test run without such issues. Nothing in event viewer either
I'm digging but dunno where to start.

Check if your CPU isn't maxed out for some reason or if you're not running out of RAM (especially concerning if you have 16 GB and running a 24 GB GPU, heavy paging will occur if either is overloaded). Also Release 570 drivers (anything newer than 566.36) are currently... very buggy, including on 20, 30 and 40 series hardware. Try reverting for now.
