Yes, but I don't think they are that clear.
When I started writing this post I was confused as to whether the vertical lines were to be interpreted as indicators of how long the cables were, but now I'm pretty sure they are intended to help make it clear that up to that point is 40cm or 60cm, etc.
Before this realisation I had three lines to contend with. Now that I only have one I am still not that happy, because if I look at, for instance, the ATX 20+4 pin cable it ends about three quarters of the way between 40cm and 60cm. So I would have to 'guestimate' that that cable was 55cm long, which could be wrong and I'd prefer not to have to estimate.
Can I ask why these reviews (three of them are for the 850W version) show the ATX12/EPS12V cable being between 70 and 72cm long, while crmaris's seems to show that cable only being ~55cm long?
