QPAD's keyboard line-up is expanding rapidly. Today we are taking the MK-85 high-end keyboard for a spin. This new keyboard from QPAD features Cherry MX Red linear key mechanisms. Besides that QPAD have developed a brand new driver suite and a few other new features.

Pricey is relative, I bought my 7G for same price. Its now working as new for really long time. Definitely will buy new mechanical keyboard if ever needed.

Not sure Reds are better than Blacks for gaming. Blacks are pretty good for avoiding pressing something that you dont want to press. And my gaming performance raised quite a bit after buying 7G (was using some cheapo Chicony before).

But I guess its up to each person to decide. QPAD seems pretty solid, altough I really doubt its them who make that keyboard. :D Most QPAD HW is rebrand (or re-pack with different exterior).

Its really nice that customer can choose which switches he wants. Might be interesting to use MX Blue for most of keyboard and MX Blacks for important keys (WASD, shift, ctrl, space you get what I mean :D).

Thanks for review.

ERazer, it is based on that ione keyboard and manufactured by them as well as far as I can tell.

sweet, wander if i can use ther software

nice keyboard. But I prefer mine in manly blacks. Reds are for the dainty girly fingers :D

also looks similar to my ducky dk1008 for the most part. except mine are cherry browns which works great for me. :)
