2.5" External "Raidbox"

Has anyone come across a decent raidbox that is specifcally made for 2.5" drives? Preferrably 2x drive bays for Raid 1, USB 3.0 and eSata.

Edit: I can't seem to find a 2.5" with usb 3.0 and esata... I can only find eSata with USB 2.0
They have docks, but no external enclosures... that I can find.

Yea, I was coming up with the same results... and there's only two that fit the USB 2.0 and eSata bill.

Even one with just USB 3.0 would be good. I've found my current eSata drive enclosure is not hot-swappable, but using USB it is.
