Kennerton Audio's newest mid-end offering, the Laguz, is put to the test. Priced at $110, it will face fierce competition from the Brainwavz S5 and HiFiMAN RE-400. The Laguz is absolutely tiny and features a rugged aluminum design that is pretty unique.

I'm glad we're getting audio reviews, but can we also have some graphs and data to go with it?

Would you, by chance, be able to compare their sound signature to the Sennheiser Momentum 2 In-Ears? I have those, and whilst I generally enjoy them a lot I feel that for genres other than electronic music they tend to have slightly too much bass, and they still carry some of that Sennheiser sibilance which I don't really like.

From your review, it sounds as if those would have a similar sound signature whilst improving on the things that slightly bug me on my Sennheisers.

Have not heard the new momentum but generally Sennheisers house tuning is a bit treble happy. The Kennertons are more rolled off in the treble, but still have quite a lot of bass. The extension is probably not as good as the Sennheisers compared to the IE800s but you do get a less edgy top end.

In regards to getting measurements that is currently out of budget if you want anything that is close to good enough, especially for in-ears as there are no measurement ears that perform well for this type of headphone.
