Windows 10 Flickering

I've experienced some unusual flickering ever since I installed Windows 10 on my main rig.
It only happeness when I open Microsoft Edge and EMail App.

It flickers between some random commands and tabs and what not when I open ME to browse online or the EMail app as well when I open my main email.

It is like I'm pressing random commands and stuff very fast, but they don't do nothing.

Anyone experiencing the same problem, and if they do, what can I do to solve it?

I like the Edge very much, with its simple software design, and no plug in requirements.
It is fast, and no need to set anything on it.

Used Chrome in the past when I had Windows 7 on this rig, and it was just eating a lot of RAM.

You mean it highlights buttons and tabs within Edge for a couple of seconds and then stops?

Did you try with hardware acceleration off?

Yes, but it doesn't stop, it keeps going, and with every command I press, the different things it highlights.

If it's only MSE & EMail then perhaps driver bug? if your using latest driver perhaps raise a bug report?

Thats why I said, he could try turning off hardware acceleration for these applications to see if it makes any difference.

If the advice given above does not help then I would be tempted to remove all input devices one at a time or change them if you have some spares.

I have seen malfunctioning keyboards and mice do strange things in the past.

Note remove all joysticks, xbox controllers, driving wheels first.

This may not help but it will eliminate a range of potential issues.

It almost seems that the Microsoft apps are reading some stale input buffers, does anyone know if these apps use Direct Input or some such? Ok may be try disabling all hardware acceleration first

I just realised that i have a Logitech Chill Stream XBox 360 Controller plugged in and i tried to move with it arround a bit with the pads and that solved the problem.
