When I select the GTX 960 in my rig it reports correctly but not on the IGP

It was probably using the dedicated card at that time.

See if you can manually switch to the intel igp.

I did so, as seen on screenshot.
Actually menu jumps to "general" when switching GPU and you have to select DX9 again.

Re-checked with Geforce disabled in device manager.
This way it would work.

Hard to say it's a fault with GPU-Z.

The way Optimus works, when dGPU is on, iGPU is cut off. Hard to detect something that's not there.

When I'm on the IGP and not the GTX 960M this happens and it detects 10,11 and 12 no problems but it does not detect an adapter when selecting DX9 on the IGP.

@W1zzard if you want to do some testing via PM let me know.
