Palit's GTX 1070 Ti Super JetStream doesn't come with an overclock out of the box due to NVIDIA regulations, but it offers a large triple-slot thermal solution that delivers excellent temperatures and fan noise.

I'm a bit curious, what that dual bios switch do? Is there same bios twice or what, for me that seems pretty pointless... Or does it just increase power limit?

Generally dual bios lets you have a back up bios in case something goes wrong with your bios flash.

Both BIOSes are identical in case you were hoping for higher power limit or clocks.

In the situation that NVIDIA have created where the companies are not allowed to sell preoverclocked cards, dual BIOS could become even more useful. Alot of people would what a unlocked card (the 2nd BIOS, could be a safe way to get that for novice users.)
