Probably just as slow as any other cheap "USB 3.X" drives out on market.

I wouldn't be surprised if top of the line USB 2.0 drives are still faster than majority of cheap USB 3.0 ones. I still have prehistoric Lexal Lightning II 4GB which does 30MB/s in both directions and is now around 10 years old. Same for Patriot Xporter XT 2GB. This one is probably a year or two older than Lexar. Both still spectacularly fast USB drives.
