The Sharkoon Rush Laser mouse brings high DPI laser technology down to an affordable price range. For a mere 20 Euros you get up to 2000 DPI with variable on-the-fly switching, solid feel and build quality as well as a little pouch to get your weapon of choice to and back from a LAN party safely. We take the mouse for a spin and let you know if we feel the rush.

nice review looks very simliar to my g5 ;P

How's the grip of the mouse, doesn't seem very shiney? Just paid 9€ for grip pads for my mouse, could have nearly gotten whole new mouse for the price of it :D Are the feet teflon stuff (prolly not for the price) or just hard plastic? Wonder why they don't make it 2000dpi, 1600dpi, 1200dpi, 800dpi. 800 to 1600 seems like a too big of a jump and 400 is just slow. My laser mouse 6000 is 1000dpi and switching between 800/1200 or 1200/1600 would seem just about right.

"Sample rate: up to 1000 Hz Reports/sec." If it doesn't come with a driver, isn't it just 125 Hz? Sure it's no biggie to tune up USB refresh rate, like I've done to 500Hz. Did you test it with windows default or with other mouse drivers higher setting? (good program for cheking it http://tscherwitschke.de/mouseratechecker.html )

Oh and if Sharkoon would send you also "RUSH BOARD" for a review, would appriciate it

Those rubber WASD keys seem tempting :-o~

Nice mouse and nice review. Is this only available in Europe? How much would this translate to in USD? $35?
