Farming Simulator 22 has support for NVIDIA's Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing (DLAA), NVIDIA's Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), and AMD's FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR). In this mini-review, we take a look at and compare the image quality and performance offered by these technologies.

@maxus24: Just a tip: the provided images should ideally be a lossless format (example PNG). The current ones have compression artifacts around the edges and the sky gradient looks banded.

Lossless is just way too big to download, especially for mobile users. You're not going to see a difference unless you zoom in by huge factor

I am in total shock and disbelief and can't believe my eyes!

There is a farming simulator?

with multiple releases including mobile???

who are these people who obviously purchase enough of the game to keep it going this long?

Games like Farming Simulator or Bus Driver Simulator seem to be popular games among grown-ups - that is to say people who play games to relax in peace and quiet after a day of work and/or dealing with family, who don't care for unrealistic, over the top shooters full of screaming kids. Personally I enjoy Train Simulator and Ship Simulator for this purpose.

Personally I'm passing on this title, and hoding out for 2022 Weed Pulling Simulator. Joking aside, I kinda get Car / Bus / Train / Plane / Ship simulators, but I have a hard time with seeing Farming / Mowing as interesting ones, but I'm not one to judge. I've wasted time in worse ways ... anyway, these cookies aren't going to click themselves.

Ther series has been turned from garbage pile of a release that barely worked into a full proper game through the sheer power of memes. Who doesnt like a good game of peaceful crop cultivation with Farmer Fist?

It's super relaxing and playing with friends is great too. I had a huge crew from my Sim group for 2017 we were doing just about everything. The real problem with these is the "mod creep" I know I had like over 20GB of mods and they are actually just .zip files...

Yes, and its better than most "AAA" games today
Well when every version gets the kinks worked out…
Was talking about it with a buddy I still farm with and we both agreed VR is a missed opportunity in this one.

50% GPU usage in 1080p. :D

DX12 so useful.

It has a 60FPS lock unless you unlock the dev console. My card wasn’t even clocking up so it ran terribly.

the asset for this game are so awful...

I’ve not explored much yet but seen a lot of posts about “flickering trees” good thing I hate forestry and I’m sure it still sucks…

lol true. what funny . very oddly funny.
is i point on another site how awful the assets(trees etc not included).
but tractors, roads etc. like it super low rez stuff.
i pointed out proper assets would need to much vram.
i got attack for that..
but the average gamer ... not the brightest bunch....

yes i played around with unreal, unity etc. also i watch/try to do what vfx video etc teach on.
very i opening.

Well being a long time member of the SIm community(racing/flying etc etc) there is VERY high number of low spec machine users, weird I know but it’s true so the bar gets set pretty low. I think the vehicle models are very good with great attention to details that’s something they’ve always done well. I really haven’t ventured out past my initial “homestead” to really give the environment a good look. I have it pretty cranked up so for me it looks pretty decent and an improvement over the previous one. I mean they moved to DX12 if that helps or not I dunno
I mean this looks pretty detailed to me?

It’s brand new. Hasn’t got any wear and tear on it yet they get dirty you can set how fast. I’m hoping the Real Dirt mod from FS19 comes soon.
