be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM 850 W

Ah yes, be quiet with their uncompetitive warranties again...

A hardwired floppy drive connector? In 2022? WTAF.

Teapo caps coupled with subpar warranty and no FDB fan at more than an RM850? Yeah sorry be Quiet, this is not a product that is going to sell well.

Finally, the fact that this unit failed the CL4 test should be an instant "do not buy" IMO.

It does not look that good at 125$ with 5y warranty and those Teapo SC caps. They gonna outlive the warranty for sure but SC have no place in such an expensive PSU. Teapo SC horror stories start after ~7years of use. In any case those are just fine for ~40$ units ... another masterpiece that doesn't help limit the e-waste.

Damn, I expected more out of Be Quiet..

Well, "Pure Power" is their entry level line. Just wondering if they where hit with components shortage or had to compensate the Covid tax with low level parts.

Either way, if you want quality then go with the "Dark Power" series, or at least the "Straight Power" series. ;)

"Entry-level" with premium prices isn't going to fly.

RM is pretty tough competition NGL... Though this is definitely one of those that hits further from the mark than i dunno... MSI's GF ones?
