In any case, XPG has confirmed to me that in the event that a user should experience any such issue, a wireless extender would be provided free of charge....

And to think, all of this could have potentially been avoided if XPG had included a wireless extender in the box from the get go. I'm of the mind that a wireless mouse, regardless of price, should just come with an extender. You're already paying more for wireless so why not?
