The VAXEE NP-01S Wireless, designed for right-handed users, offers ergonomic comfort and weighs just 68 g, just like its wired counterpart. However, it distinguishes itself with a mechanical encoder, departing from the optical one. Furthermore, it features PixArt's cutting-edge PAW3395 sensor, Huano main button switches, and an impressive battery life of up to 100 hours.

and an impressive battery life of up to 100 hours.
Had mice with replaceable AA/AAA batteries that lasted longer....

Am I the only one that looks at the image in the title and doesn't think about a mouse?

That's to be expected. But can you recharge while using? :)

I always have new batteries at hand...Just a matter of replacing in few seconds.. ;)

All of these small-company gaming mice avoid OMRON switches. This one is notable because it's from the Zowie founders, so this is their second bite at the cherry with even more experience.

Is OMRON just shit now? Every Logitech mouse I've ever RMA'd had switch failure and those used OMRON switches. The problem with reviews of new products is that it doesn't tell you anything about the longevity of those products. OMRON used to be the gold standard, but none of the gamer-focused brands seem to be using them any more.

You'd think, but when the cursor starts lagging in the middle of your gaming session... No thanks, no more wireless peripherals for me.

A couple of years back, Omron D2FC-F-K (50M) in particular used to be everywhere, but after several releases from Logitech in particular, which suffered from premature switch failure in short order, that switch and Omron as a whole fell out of favor with a lot of people. That said, Logitech ran their switches at very low voltage to prolong battery life, so those failures weren't solely on Omron and their QC. These days, Logitech and Corsair are still using Omron switches, but doing so is less of a selling point than it used to be. Zowie and VAXEE have been consistent in using Huano switches since the very start.

I also use AA mouse, but is too heavy even tho i'm using a AAA to AA adapter and also lithium batteries.

I'm thinking about switching to optical switches, so tired of double click sh... every gaming mouse i've owned, had double click issues.

Corsair, Logitech, HyperX, Razer...

High end mouses are using Huano switches.

This mouse shape is fantastic.
Extremely pleased with mine. The light ergo shape keeps both buttons at equal height - only the rear slants inwards.

Unique. Good ergo for those who are not always comfortable with them or are used to ambi symmetrical mice.

I only have 1 Logitech mouse left which needs just one replaceable AA battery, so the weight isn't an issue. (use it with my laptop)
My previous mouse was a Logitch nano which needed 2 AAA batteries, also weight no isssue.

For my desktop I have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 which has a non replaceable battery so need to charge once in 2 weeks or so....
