Little typo 14.03

Even if the card had a better cooling solution and performance i would not buy it. This is not acceptable for 800$ this kind of low quality backplate and build in general.

This is a very profound review that even mentions AV1 decoding support. Yet I wonder is the card able to decode 10bit HEVC videos at different resolutions say 4k 5k 6k etc. Do you have any information on that?

Cooling is perfect! There is only a fan noise like a refrigerator motor. If you are sensitive to sound you may go crazy. It is no coincidence that it is the cheapest 4070 TiS on the market.
