3600g1 11600k help

Hello.Im completly stable at 3466g1 with auto 1.310SA-vccio2 set to 1.30manual
tcwl has change to 14-tRFC 288 and tREFI has also set to 32000.was able to boot with manual SA 1.45v 3600g1 with the same timers without errors for 2weeks.But when i try to come back i just cant boot.its completly lucky.Do you think i just can run it or is a setting is to a wrong direction?i see a loot of review that running 3600g1 on 11600k but i cant find a lot of imformantions

i finnaly boot it again with SA 1.45 and slow trainning.last tREFI was 40000.maybe temps throw clock out

you mean its hard to be stable, or the volatages are high?

1.45V is too much for 24/7
If you need to go above 1.35V it's not worth it.
1.4V is the absolute max for 24/7 if you don't plan to use this CPU for more than a couple years

Is the bios up to date on that board?
Intel docs specify up to 1.5v for SA on rocket lake, absolute maximum in their view. But it seems the OP has hit a wall with gear 1, & that's the silicon lottery for you. Every cpu is different.
The OP will have to go gear 2 if they want higher ram bandwidth.
