My compruns 3dMark 2001,2003and 2006 fine but it stops after the first test in 2005 only and says it needs to send Microsoft a report.

i have reinstalled several times and tried different download locations.. Any ideas?:banghead:

You wrote another post asking if you needed to use the ATI drivers... are you using them? That could be the problem if you aren't.

Lol i remember that post....makes me laugh the kid has such excellent hardware...but the software side is problably making it run 20% worse then it ever should simply because hes not using drivers.

I have the 6.4 drivers installed. before I had tried several of the ATI drivers and it was the same.
Dont worry Satchmo im up to 2910(stable)
And my comp kicks your comps ass (with or without the drivers) LOL

Are you overclocking? It could be a hardware thing, but it does sound more like a problem with 3dMark.

thanks jimmy, First I tried it at stock , than at oc. I even reformatted yesterday and still no good. I tried downloading at different sites also.

Sounds strange. I wouldn't worry about it too much if your games are all stable, seems that 3Dmark05 and your card don't get on too well. I haven't seen this problem happen to other cards. Are you using the version designed for 64bit windows? This is the only help I can find http://www.planetamd64.com/lofiversion/index.php/t8702.html
