Hi all!

Got tired of waiting, and grabbed Asus GeForce TUF-RTX4070TI-O12G-GAMING
When running GPU on full load, GPU-Z says that perfcap reason is "pwr".

Is there anything I could do to lift this? I'm getting around ~80% about the expected performance.

Hitting the power limit on the card ?

The most surprising thing is there are in fact some 4070 ti in the wild!

Your board power draw matches TPU review.

Time to look into potential CPU upgrade.

Hitting the limit with an unlocked framecap or just on a really demanding game in vsync is normal. It's at the rated power, yer not really gonna get any more performance out of it by upping the power limit. You hit extremely diminishing returns. OCing will probably barely make a diff too with modern boosting already doing a good job at getting the most out of cards. If you're playing in 4k then a CPU upgrade isn't gonna help much.
