It looks like my PC is being turned into a BORG assimilation:laugh:
But so far I am really impressed.I have had a run on cooling solutions for my PC lately.
From,in the last year, a Zalman 9500 to 9700 then Koolance EXOS.Then I added another 120mm radiator/fan
in the back, then the best block I could find, D-TEK FuZiON.
Now I have have the Eliminator installed.ME LIKE:D Installation time,11 min.
Results so far with uncured MX-1 thermal paste,....this is with an ambient of 82F,I know, hot in the Midwest right now! Idle @ 26C and load 47C. And with my experience with this MX stuff is about a 1.5 to 2C extra drop in around 50 hrs of load.
I must be a junkie because even less than a week into this CoolIT Eliminator, I am already thinking about the Freezone

Has anyone herd of any mods that can be done with the Eliminator or the Freezone?
I thought I read of a 120mm mod. but I cant seem to find it again.

Yeah, I heard you could add a bigge fan....

when I had mine, I always thought about having a second psu (meanwell) to power the TECS to get more out of them.

If I were you I wouldn't mod the Eliminator they are known for having and developing problems and any kind of mod will void all warranty with these things.

But its up to you :)
