It seems like Netgear is going to release 3 products which will be able to handle speeds up to 240MBits/second. These speeds will only work between the WLAN-Router WPNT834, PCI card WPNT511 & USB-Adapter named WPNT121, as there are no standards for these kind of speeds.
Sounds great, but will Netgear be able to deliver? No point in high speed wireless, if it only works within 10 or 20 feed of the source. Only time will tell.
