6800 distorted graphics and artifacts

Looks like you need a new card. I've seen stuff like that when video card memory goes bad. Have you overclocked it? or could it be overheating? Will under warranty?
 
not overclocked and heatsink is working flawlessly. Did foreget to mention that sometimes if i re-seat it it works fine without the mess. So its almost tempermental
Although i did forget to mention as well, this is the version of the 6800 that one of the extra pipelines was disabled, but i havent used the card in a while and forget if i had manually opened up the extra pipeline that they disabled, could that maybe have something to do with it?
 
My used Radeon 9800 Pro was like that and reseating it sometimes helped, but it seemed to just get worse, even when I gave it an alcohol bath!
