Hello.
Last week I recieved my EVGA 7900 GT CO. At first I was very happy. But when I installed
the card it had excactly the same problem as my XFX 6600.
With the 6600 I could not install any other driver then the one on the cd. So after a long search someone said that I had to perform a motherboard bios update. After the update I instantly could install new drivers but then came the artifacts in Windows.
Lucky for me an ATI X800 XL was ordered. With this card i didn't have any problems anymore.
I see that the most people are having problems with playing games. But my 7900 gt performes great when I am playing games.
I dont know what to do and I am already planning to buy a new motherboard.
Does someone have the same problem and/or know how to fix it. Please help. I would be very greatfull.
