The PC is two months old now. I built it myself, and it's my first build. The CPU is an AMD 5 7600X, and the AIO is a Deepcool LE520. Everything is brand new. To be honest, I don't even know how long this problem has been occurring, but I think it's been about a week. Whenever I play any game, the CPU temperature automatically hits 96°C. Now, I can't even start any games, and the Cinebench stress test doesn't even render anything. I have reapplied thermal paste, but it didn't help. I don't know what else to do. The fans are spinning, and the radiator is cold when the PC is on. I've heard people say that you will hear something if the AIO is working, but I don't hear any noise coming from it. Also, all AIO fans are going at 2400 RPM.

I gues the aio is dead

Sounds like the pump is not turning. No vibration or noise from the pump, that will be 100% your issue.

Feel both tubes coming from the block. If one is really hot and the other isn't, you have a flow issue. Or maybe it was if the tubes are really hot but the rad is cold...

One is cold and the other is is slightly warmer but not warm just not the same temp as the other maybe room temperature

Yep something is going on with the AIO or the plastic protective film is still on.

Could be the pump has no power or something simple.
No there is no plastic I have removed it because it's very big not to notice I will try to reinstall it

maybe in bios smart fan mode is worth trying to disable or to switch from dc to pwm but it should recognize it.

looks very good first build Bravo !

Thanks but in bios its knows wich one is pump and fan excep for the fact that sys1 sys 2 fans are not visible for some reason i have six seperate fans that are not with the aioand only 2 of them appear I think 3 of them are connected to the same header they came with the pc in the front panel

You have 3x4-pin above DRAM slots right?
The middle one is for pump, The one on the left, closer to VRM is for CPU fans.

After connecting them did you enter the BIOS section where you can adjust their modes (PWM/Voltage) and/or curves to see whats going on there?

When you are in BIOS, what is the CPU temp?

Looks like pump is not working or working at minimum.
Did you check if pump header is on PWM mode and if it has different sets on like (silent, performance, custom).
Does the DeepCool AIO has a pump with variable or fixed rpm?

When I installed my LF-II AIO I firstly connect it to CPU header and Pump wasnt working. In BIOS CPU temp was rising... reached 100C and was going for more. I shut it down immediately and changed it to CPU_OPT header. LiquidFreezer AIOs have a single connector that powers both pump/fans.

Im saying this becasue I assume that if pump wasn't working at all, temp would not stop at 95-96C

Well in hte manual u have to headers one for the cpu 2 fans and one 1 pump fan they need to be connected or it wont work maybe the pump is just broken rn im trying to remove all the cabels and put the in the right places maybe one was not connected or it was not in the right header

Yeah I noticed yours has 2 connectors. 1 for fans that needs to be plugged on CPU fan header (left of the 3 top), and 1 for the pump that needs to be plugged on the pump header (middle of the 3 top).
But did you checked what is the mode of those headers?

I've heard people say that you will hear something if the AIO is working, but I don't hear any noise coming from it.
The pump is not working or it's stuck at a very low RPM, it should make a very distinct whining/buzzing sound they also make an unmistakable squirting sound when the PC is switched on. AIO pumps are usually not controllable, they run at a fixed constant speed, if you tried plugging it into every fan header on the board and the same happens then there is nothing else you can do.

I'd suggest you stop using it until you get a new cooler/RMA, the coolant could heat up and warp the plastics and burst/leak.

i bought the cooler from amazon but its from deep cool
RMA through Amazon.

RMA through Amazon.
Usually yes they are fixed speed.
Though my previous H110i 280mm had a 2 speed pump (low: 2300rmp, high: 2800rpm) that you could choose from iCUE.
My current LF-II has a variable speed pump (600~2000rpm) that speeds up/down with rad fans. At normal usage the controller sits (PWM avg) between 15~20% and goes to ~50% (PWM avg) when gaming, as the custom curve I've set in BIOS dictates. So pump usually works to a range of 1400~2000rpm.

I dont know the specifics of OPs AIO, but I would try different settings in BIOS (PWM/voltage, custom curves etc) before RMA process.

you did a very good job from what i see with your first build and bad things can happen.
you only can do so much and after some time checking there is only one solution and amazon return should be no hassle.

you don't have an air cooler lying around ?

last thing is do ya have the correct standoffs for the cooler- like it´s not maybe 1mm above the cpu die ?
