9600 se overcloked to 400.5/196.88

i overcloked my sapphire 9600se 128mb 64bit mem bus width to 400.5 core and only 196.88 mem

thats core 324 oced @ 400.5
and mem 196 oced @ 196.88

why is the mem have such a low clock and there isnt much speed boost there arnt any atrifacts after a scan of 10 mins do i need to scan longer?? is there anyway i can get it higher at all

if there is no way i can get anymore speed out of it dose any1 recommend and cheap overclokable gfx im a agp 4x... yea i know

How about look in the for sale section. I'm selling a 9800pro for 60bucks.

It has 8pipelines(R360 core), 256bit memory bus, and runs XT speeds easily. To give you a comparison on performance, I got about 7k in 03 with an Athlon XP and 512mb ram.
