hold a sec there what version of ATI tool are you usin there?(that looks like FRAPS runnin in the corner?)

0.0.23 from the main page (not beta forum posts). And yes tahts fraps.
Earlier every 3D program including that kept crashing with windows error popup :/
Now all my games are jsut crashing after a few seconds or minutes....

well I would not be runnin FRAPS AND ATI Tool for starters
and what error is it giving you?(the Popup)

Ok fraps fixed the ati tool problem but games still messed up :( Why do they conflcit anyway?

The error is jsut the widnwos xp thigny saying it had to close and that you can send an error report, nothing unique at all to any program, only when you click details and you get about 50 pages of code :/

both trying to do the same thing: count FPS. ATI Tool has its own FPS counter in it.Did uninstalling the CP and just using the Redline work? also what version of the Catalysts are you using?

I reinstalled the CP today because my games started crashing. 5.1 cats.

Great now i get the blue screen of death "your pc had to shut down to prevent damage2 :(

Well I would honestly would say remove the Redline and just use the Cats and do your OC and Fan control using ATI tool

and at this point I would unistall all drivers and reinstall them

It seems to be heating up INSANELY now. Only clocked at 550/580 im getting temperature of 65 after 2 mins of artifact finding. The GPU and temp. chip temp differences are 20C too, is that normal?

As I said before ATI Tool heats up your card on purpose to test stability

ATITool doesn't heat it up on purpose, it's just a side effect. :)

Also, I have FRAPS running all the time, and it never had any conflicts with ATITool (except of course for the FRAPS FPS display and the artifact scan, but it is a trippy effect).
