will be 390x when it comes out.

but yeah new to water cooling, i don't want to do much cleaning or maintenance on it, so does rubber or acrylic have better rates of not decomposing and causing buildup?

i prefer rubber tube since its easier to use
acrylic is nice but need more attention when you bend it and since its solid if you arent do it carefully you may get higher risk to get some leaks

rubber tubing, And use a Nano Fluid it Gives you 2 Years before you have to change your water.

Acrylic is restrictive and may as mentioned lead to higher chance of leaking, mainly due to it's rigidity. Rubber is more forgiving to movement than acrylic.
However, don't consider custom loops if you can't be bothered with maintenance. A lazy approach to water cooling will lead to problems.
I'm no expert but I personally wouldn't touch any 'nano' fluids.

nano or whatever that has color is kinda complicated, some may need different treatment to keep it as it should (cooling, color etc)
i prefer clear liquid with colored tube

Saw a little video here from our fellow member @l3p that highlights the problems with acryl and advantages of petg

rubber, i preffer black hoses, if there is the chance you can get cooper lines but its pretty expensive...

The copper lines look good, I like braided stainless hoses, but for a first build go for rubber, it's simpler and much cheaper.
