had to rma a sp550, adata has THE SLOWEST RMA process I have ever experienced lets run down the list
1. communication only via email (you can call but you will get told to email them)
2. use of Microsoft word 97 forms (yes word 97)
3. THREE DAYS to confirm that I had properly filled out there broken form and anouther 2 to accually get a rma number
4. a day in a half to confirm that the drive accually got there I had to call they didn't send a confirmation of the rma status
5.when they accually did manage to ship a replacement they shipped it USPS first class which according to the tracking won't be here until Friday(it was 'shipped') yesterday I shipped it to them 2'd day flate rate for a whooping 9.80$ /w 100 of insurance
-customer will now be without there laptop a total of 3 weeks by the time I get a replacement
