ADATA Technology, a leading manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules, NAND Flash products, and mobile accessories is pleased to announce that the XPG SPECTRIX D60G DDR4 memory module has been awarded a Red Dot Design Award 2020 for design excellence.

The XPG SPECTRIX D60G DDR4 memory features a unique dual RGB light strip design that gives it the largest RGB surface area of any memory module. The fully exposed RGB light strips are extra-wide for maximum effect. Combined with a mesmerizing multi-colored flow effect, it'll add amazing flair to any build. Users can customize the lighting effect such as patterns, pulse speeds, lighting intensity, and more. Control is hassle-free with the XPG RGB Sync app or an existing RGB light control software from a major motherboard maker. Beyond lighting, the D60G sports a unique avant-garde styling that includes an edgy X-light design with a diamond-inspired, multi-faceted surface.

Stable, Durable, and Reliable
The D60G is built with high-quality chips and a metal heat sink for excellent signal integrity, reliability, and stability, which effectively extends the lifespan of the memory module. The D60G supports Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 2.0, which makes overclocking effortless by allowing users to control overclocking via their PC's operating system rather than in BIOS.

ADATA recently launched higher performance 3600MHz CL14 and 3200MHz CL 14 versions of the XPG SPECTRIX D60G. With higher frequencies and CL 14 ratings, the new modules offer lower latency and overclocking performance up to 4500MT/s.

Ummm, it also appears to add an insane amount of height, which will make it a no-buy for those who use certain tower coolers.....

f/A/i/L :(

interesting:
they have a kit with 3200cl14-15-15 wth 1,35volt and a 3200cl14-18-18 kit with 1,40volt ? and the normal 1,45 volt on 3600cl14-15-15 all are 8gbx2 kits
that middle kit seems odd to me

seems like the red dot committee is handing out "awards" to RAM sticks every other week...

WTF
A Red Dot Design award for a heatsink shaped in an X on a rectangular RAM module?

What are they on? LSD? The largest RGB surface of any module.... yeah that is really the spec I'm looking for thanks, I'll take four, so I can't see all of that exposed RGB on the sides.

Seriously. If this is your job, its hard to go lower. Both designer and award club.

Height is fine, all these rich kids buy an AIO they'll replace in two years time anyway. :roll:Fools & Money...

3200 14-18-18@1.40v must use Hynix or Micron ICs.

Hey guys! Anyone who got the software for these awesome D60G? I can't find it even on official Adata XPG site...

Seems it's no longer listed on their website. If you Google, you can find some links, one on Reddit, one at a french site, no idea how trustworthy these are. Maybe try contacting ADATA support first, they should be able to get you the latest version.
