My setup:
The SW-150 is sitting in storage doing nothing, so I was hoping I could add it as a second subwoofer to my PC.

The Logitech system takes up all three of the audio jacks on the motherboard, so I don't think I'll be able to add the SW-150 without getting a soundcard with more jacks but assuming I did do that, do you think it's possible to have the Z906 and SW-150 working simultaneously?

You should be able to. I was going to offer you instructions but I'm not sure if I'm correct. Try asking on AV forums maybe and they'll sort you out.

As your MB does not have digital out, you would need to daisy chain the subwoofers from the MB SUB Line Out, which in theory is possible by taking the SUB LINE OUT Phono to the Wharfdale and then to the Z906 Sub Line In.

The Wharfdale has LINE LEVEL INPUT and LINE LEVEL OUTPUT, meaning it will pass-through the signal from the motherboard, you just need the cables.

So you would need 2 x 3.5mm Stereo Jack to Male Phono cables, and one Female > Female Phono connector/joiner to bypass the sub for the Center speaker.

For the center speaker, which comes off the same 3.5mm Line Out on the MB for the sub, you would use the Female > Female Phono to bypass the sub.

Most likely, you would only use the LEFT Line In / Out on the Wharfdale, the right would be disconnected, as the SUB output from your motherboard is MONO.

The only caveat is that your motherboard needs to output at LINE LEVEL and not SPEAKER LEVEL, which it should be doing anyway.

Also, you would not have any volume control over the Wharfdale, as the volume is controlled by the Z906 amp, and the Wharfdale is connected before it, so you would need to be clever at what volume you set it on the rear of the Wharfdale sub,

I couldn't describe it but that's what I meant...

I've got the same Sub, and i've had the same setup you're trying to do with Corsair SP2500 set of speakers prior to moving to bookshelves and an AV amp. All you need is a 3.5mm to RCA cable to connect the sub to the sound card and a 3.5mm splitter to connect your speaker set and the sub to the same output. It worked well, just be careful with your neighbours, mine weren't too pleased :D

I've got a little Edifier 2.1 system that I'm going to do the same with, except I have a SVS PB1000 that makes EVERYTHING shake down to 18Hz. Usually it's connected to my AV amp, but one of my kitties thought said amp was a toilet and pee'd in it, so I don't have an amp at the moment. Luckily my neighbours upstairs are understanding of my love for drum and bass and when I put on my music, they do the same. Slightly depressed myself now as I don't have the leads to connect sub to PC.

if the Z906 has a aux line out connect the lineout of the Z906 to the line in on the SW-150
don't do the reverse as then you won't be-able to control the Z906 from its panel properly

Looking at the SW-150, it seems to want left-right channels (rather than LFE channel), however, a quick and cheap way would be to use analogue, and split one of the 3.5mm outs (example).
For stereo you would want to use left-right (unless its upmixed first), but for the LFE channel in 5.1 you want the LFE-Center pin, and LFE only.
