Is anyone else having issues with Flash? When using Netflix, Browsing Facebook, YouTube, Anything "flash" oriented my computer will randomly crash. Ive heard similar stories lately. And the most recent update doesn't seem to fix it.

<<system up to date. all drivers correctly installed.

Is it just me or are other people having this issue?

I was getting BSOD's on Youtube recently as a matter of fact. I know I updated flash, but haven't tried anything since. Did that the night before last and haven't turned on my PC back on yet.

ITs quite annoying due to the fact that half the media you view online is run through flash. so its like a crash fest browsing the net. I even tried reverting. Nope.

"Smashes keyboard" (keys everywhere)

"Raises fist at Adobe"

And oh yes. im gonna hit 100 posts next post...WOOOOT! 4 stars here i come!

on occasion i get lucky and just the plug-in crashes. im then able to kill FF/chrome and reboot the program. Still annoying

very rare problem here, usually due to my OC, and only when closing a video.

Also, when going from normal size to fullscreen, first time it's always a big green mess, but close and re-full-screen it, and it works fine. I read that it's a driver issue, partially, and AMD is not going to fix it. I'm considering moving to nV cards.

not for me, if I use firefox flash crashes every 3 plays

hmm, well, I use IE pretty much exclusively. Browser used may be part of it, I guess, but of course, since i don't use any other browsers...

I sometimes get a system freeze when viewing flash sites especially youtube. I cant do anything but reboot.

It seems to just be a FF issue. Ive been playing obscene amounts of flash oriented stuff on all my browsers just as a test. Chrome held strong, IE did fine after i updated, but FF keeps shitting it self. Im guessing its a FF bug not a Flash bug.

i would just avoid FF until they fix the problem. Chrome is fine for the moment.

Thanks for you're input people. Cheers!

I've had quite a few probs on YT so far.

Not only does it sometimes just fail to do anything when you skip around in the video (not buffering, you can click whatever you want and even change video resolutions.. won't do anything), but I've also had it go berserk a handful of times so far.

First the video I was watching turned into a multi-colored pixel-salad and stopped. No biggie.. just reload the page huh? How wrong I was.. Video area turns green within the first second, all monitors turn off (blackscreen -> standby) for 5 secs, then come back on greeting me with a BSOD :(

I hate flash crap so much -.-

edit: the flashblock plugin for firefox seems to help, as long as you remember to kill "plugin-container.exe" in the taskmanager every time you allowed some flash content to display, so the flash plugin will be disabled entirely again.

i get crashes bsod's and all green screen when trying to go full screen. FIX THIS SHIT ADOBE!!!

happens on both my 6970 machine and i5 onboard video laptop so im not convinced its drivers
