So my ISP is Road Runner in NE Ohio and I currently have their Turbo Road Runner Package, which is an advertised 15Mbit connection with Power boost<--(Power Boost is LAME lol) anyway, I checked my internet just a few minutes ago and im getting >1.5Mbit, but Im getting my advertised upload of around 1Mbit. Now I thought it could maybe be a weak cable signal but thats impossible, currently my home is wired like this:

HDTV | Cable Modem
Splitting the Line once isnt going to do it ><
Should I call them? If I call them what are they going to want to do?
I have tried direct connect to modem and through my router and still same results, kinda at a loss at this point
