should i get pro 64, it's equal win 7 64 ultimate right ? if it's it will be good.

Windows 14.99 upgrade question. Help please

I am getting the 14.99 windows upgrade. I am at the point where it was for credit card. Will it give me a chance to put in promo code after ???
