After installing GPU-Z 2.58.0, an error occurs when starting for the first time. (driver unsigned error)

I have a question. Could you please help me? The following screen appears and it does not start at all. *Ver.2.57.0 was able to start without any problems. *OS used is Windows 8.1 Pro (64Bit).
