So I bought a Corsair h150i elite non capellix 360mm and I’d like to upgrade from the included fans to something like Noctua a12 or Lian li uni infinity

what would be the best fans for maximum performance?

Look for fans with a high static pressure, they work best on radiators.

For static pressure and airflow, these are hard to beat.

Downside is the noise level.

Just curious, what CPU are you trying to cool?

A12 fans are great (have two) but why? Are you not seeing the performance you want or too noisy? Like Bobaganoosh stated you can go with the NF-F12 for excellent performance but it will sound like a two dust buster getting hot and heavy in your case and is the gain worth the extra cost? Here is link to HB best fans for cases, radiators, etc.,

Depending on your use case the new Super Flower fans 3 pack with fan hub and remote may be a consideration yet to be mentioned here.

My wife is running the Ryujin II on her 14900k, slapped P12 ARGB fans on there and it peaks at like 80c (however this is with the Intel safe bios)

I have P12's on my h150i in my specs and they're solid. I do wish I went with the P12 MAX but everything runs perfectly fine.

NF-F12 industrialPPC-3000 is my recommendation, but keep them to 1500 RPM or lower for daily use. Uncap to 3000 if you need an extra kick at the expense of noise. Very expensive, but extremely high quality and reliable fans.
