Hi all, I've been playing a lot of Path of Exile since it came out last week...so much so that I'm getting hand cramps and probably have a repetitive stress injury now. I'm forcing myself to take breaks more often, but the game is too good and that's proving to be a problem. I'm wondering if there are any alternatives to gaming input devices, that might work well specifically for action RPG's (Diablo-like games). I dislike trackballs, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Edit: In case anyone was wondering what mouse I'm currently using, it's a Logitech G500.

I owned the OCZ neural impulse actuator.

It did work with some practice. I would not recommend for serious gaming.

Maybe the pen mouse?

I highly doubt it would be much good for gaming, but hey, its an option.
