yea it doesn't matter if the block was originally for an AM2, it will work with AM3. Even some types of clip on 939 blocks will fit AM2.

Yes, you can. Thermaltake's low-end LCS like first Bigwater series were the ones that were weak. But that thing looks powerful.

Huge radiator that is like the ones you'll find near compressors of ACs.

P500 Pump... was great at it's time people used it individually on custom water loops because of it's high performance coming from 500L/HR.

Water block is your weakest point. It'll be better to change it to an Apogee GTX but it's still ok.

That's a capable solution and it should be near highest-end air coolers such as Noctua maybe even beat them. It should be better then all-in-one water-cooling like H50. That thing looks great despite being a Thermaltake water-cooler.

so is it just the mounting clips that change weather its for an am2 or am3?

Nope. Everything is the same. Both sockets are of identical sizes. The only difference is the pin count. The AM2 clips (and all other parts) will work just fine on AM3.

thats excellent, not that i have a proper mounting kit anyways haha maybe one day i should invest in one...its a pretty sktech set up its on now, but thanks a bunch guys!
