yes i solved it! before ocing i updated the bios, and i remember after changing voltage that it would peform under what i set. so i bet it was undervolted when not oc'd. so i put on a little older bios and now my comp is flying

good job..I guess when they say dont change ur bios unless there is a prob they mean it..
