HI all,

I was about to format HDD and reinstall windows on my desktop PC. So I downloaded windows 10 (not pirated), created bootable flash drive and tried to boot from it. The problem is that it's stuck on the message "AMD Data Change... Update New Data to DMI". I tried to boot from the flash drive on a laptop and it works. When I unplug the flash drive and let it boot from HDD it properly loads existing windows on HDD

I am sure that I used the exact same method to create bootable usb with windows 10 before and it worked!

Do you guys have any idea what can be wrong?

I believe you should remove all boot devices aside from the target and the boot drive is the ken here.

so the solution is to format flash drive to fat32

No, take out any removable media, disconnect any other drives and boot from the os drive only.

No :)
I had only bootable flash drive and empty SSD connected to the PC. The problem was NTFS format of flash drive. I formatted it to FAT32 and created boot flash drive again and it worked.
