AMD Freesync and Asus pb277q

can't get freesync to work, baught hdmi cables and tried the DP cable that came with the monitor, but it says "not supported" any help be greatly appreciated

I don't think that monitor supports Freesync. AMD FreeSync Monitors
At the Asus site I cannot find anything that states that monitor supports FreeSync.

The monitor has a fixed 75 Hz refresh rate, without any variable refresh rate features like FreeSync
