tested if you can or 80$ untested

looking to mount it on a asrock 970pro3 with a h70 water cooler and a 850W PSU
I think these 2 cpus are 125W power each, same as my phenomii 965

the fx 9590 will burn the VRM on my mobo

If you are in the U.S. lower 48, you can have the FX8350, the 990FXA-UD3, and the 2x8GB kit of 1866MT/s for $100 shipped if you want it all. Otherwise I can ship the CPU only.
